Holiday Mini Session: Deposit

When: Saturday November 6, 2021

Cost: $250 ....$100 non-refundable retainer paid upon booking. Remaining $150 is due at the time of the session.

Where: Be Changed Studio : 5801 Miller Paul Rd. Westerville 43082 {The Barn}

Time: 15-20 minutes {immediate family only}

Terms and conditions:

1. The deposit is non-refundable, even in the event the client cancels.
2. If Jacquelyn Arora Photography fails to appear at the place and time above, the deposit shall be refunded. If the Photographer has to cancel due to circumstances out of her control (ie: death, illness, unavoidable weather), and if the client agrees, the deposit is transferable to another date/time.
3. Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client is responsible for their children at all times and for themselves and therefor releasing photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
4. Please arrive on time. A specified time is given upon booking and failure to arrive at the scheduled time will result in a shortened session. Clients who arrive greater than 10 minutes after their scheduled time will forfeit their spot and deposit altogether.
6. Copyright: It is understood that the Photographer owns the copyright to all images. Client agrees not to edit, adjust, scan, copy or reproduce images in any manner. Client also agrees not to supply images to any business or publication of any kind without Photographer’s permission. If posting images on social media, credit must be given to the Photographer and images MUST be in the format in which they were delivered to Client.
7. As long as Jacquelyn Arora Photography provides Client with a digital gallery to download images, the contractual obligation is fulfilled. Refunds are prohibited and reshoots are at the discretion of Jacquelyn Arora Photography.
8. Covid-19 protocol: Per the local recommendations and mask mandates, masks must be worn the entire time unless you are being photographed. Client assumes and and all risks and agrees not to hold Photographer responsible for any exposure to any illness.

By purchasing this portrait session, Client is in agreement that he/she has had the opportunity to review the Agreement and understands and agrees to the terms and conditions listed above.
